do you ever feel like everyone hates you.

i feel so exhausted, i feel like all i do is try to impress people in my life so that they’ll like me and want me. i feel like i change who i am to fit the situation, i change who i am to make people like me. and even though i know that i do it i still do it, i still can’t make myself stop. it’s horrifying.

i don’t know who i am. i don’t know if i’ve ever known, i’ve just been really good at being who other people tell me or want me to be because that’s what i do. i feel expectations and try to meet them because i feel like i should be able to blend in or be normal. i want to be a part of what you have. i want people to care about me as much as i care about them. i want people to like me. i want to be loved. i want to matter to someone.

i’m really really struggling. i don’t know what to do. i feel like i keep making wrong choices and bad decisions and the noise in my head keeps getting louder. all i do is hurt people and disappoint people.

i can literally feel it bubbling up in my chest, rising up my throat like bile. i try to breathe and tell myself to calm down but it’s not working. it feels like a single idea just takes over my mind and doesn’t go away until i feel like the worst person in the world. and it’s so frustrating that i’m letting it happen. i thought i was done with this.

this is my two steps back. and it fucking hurts.
